Kick-off workshop in Berlin

The development sector is entering the most consequential period of change in a generation. Public funding is contracting, donor expectations are rising, regulatory demands are expanding. We see this not as something to manage defensively, but as an opening to rethink how the sector is led, funded and held accountable.

At our kick-off workshop in Berlin we laid the foundations: our position paper, our DNA, and the plan for 193 ImpactShare, a mechanism that shares a defined portion of annual profit with employees, clients and partner communities.

What carries us is a simple stance: pragmatic about method, uncompromising about conviction.
